1、 Application and structure:

Porcelain cross arm insulator of high voltage line is used to insulate and support conductor in high voltage overhead transmission and distribution line. It can replace suspension insulator and pin insulator. Porcelain cross arm insulator is made of solid non breakdown porcelain parts and metal accessories. It has the advantages of good self-cleaning, simple maintenance, low line material, low cost, safe and reliable operation.

2、 Model Description:

S-porcelain cross arm insulator of high voltage line; the number after the model is the design sequence number; the fraction after the dash, the numerator is the rated voltage (kV), the denominator is the rated bending failure load (kV).

Model Description:

S - adhesive (solid) porcelain cross arm insulator;

SC -- all ceramic (solid) porcelain cross arm insulator;

"-" followed by 50% full wave impulse flashover voltage, kV;

"Z" after the number is vertical (horizontal does not mean).
