360 MVA transformer will be first landed in Inner Mongolia
At 1:41 on April 26, with the operator's reply to the dispatcher: "the fifth charging of the No. 4 main transformer is normal", the second main transformer of the 220kV Main Transformer Capacity Expansion Project of Qipanjing was put into operation, which is another landmark node in the milestone process of the project.
Qipanjing 220kV Main transformer capacity expansion project is a pioneering project for Inner Mongolia Power Group Company to actively explore the application of 360 MVA step-down large capacity transformer for the first time in China, to solve the problems such as limited line routing and restricted substation new and expansion, and to realize large expansion of substation capacity. The project mainly solves the power consumption problems of energy industry landing and capacity expansion in Qipanjing Industrial Park, a key industrial park of the autonomous region, which is conducive to optimizing the power supply business environment, helping the regional economic and social development and the resumption of production of enterprises.
It is reported that the first application in China is not simply to use one 360 MVA main transformer to replace the original two 180 MVA main transformers in the station, but to complete in three stages: in the first stage, the whole load in the station will be received by No. 1 and No. 2 main transformers, the capacity of No. 3 main transformer will be increased, the bus structure at the east side of 220 kV will be upgraded and the supporting 110 kV GIS will be expanded; In the second stage, the capacity expansion project of No. 4 main transformer will be implemented; in the third stage, the load transfer project of No. 1 and No. 2 main transformers will be implemented, and the upgrading and reconstruction project of 220 kV West bus structure will be implemented.
The three-stage transformation means that the whole station capacity of 220kV substation has been upgraded and transformed. In order not to affect the normal power consumption of users, the project should be carried out on the premise of avoiding external power failure, and the difficulty and complexity are endless.
In order to keep the bottom line of safety, during the construction period, the operating personnel shall carry out "normal preparation", and assign additional personnel to control the site. Take the approach of entering the site in batches every day, take temperature measurement, disinfection and epidemic prevention measures for the personnel entering the site, and carry out safety technical disclosure according to the specific work tasks of each work ticket on that day, so as to ensure that the dangers of construction work are received in place and known to the whole staff.
So far, the third phase of the project has been started. According to Zhao Xueyou, the project manager of the project owner's project department, the project will experience 19 power cuts, making it more difficult. In the middle of March, the engineering, production, safety supervision, dispatching, repair and test, operation departments of the bureau took part in the work together with the construction unit to complete the preparation of the power cut scheme, which has passed the examination of Inner Mongolia Electric Power Group Co., Ltd. Next, on the premise of ensuring safety and quality, the Bureau will continue to focus on steadily promoting the project construction, ensuring the early completion of the project construction tasks, and adding energy to the regional economic and social development.
